Daniel J. Tripathi is a trial attorney who focuses on complex trials. Mr. Tripathi obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California where he majored in Systems Engineering. His Juris Doctor is from Southwestern University School of Law, where he was a member of the prestigious SCALE program. He is admitted to practice in the state of California (Bar no. 245317) and the United States Central District Courts in California.

Daniel is now the managing attorney at Cal-Lawyer PLC, headquartered in Riverside with satellite offices in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Cal-Lawyer PLC works with half a dozen lawyers and handles matters in civil, real estate, criminal, probate and business litigation. He currently oversees all law and motion and helps attorneys develop trial strategy. Daniel Tripathi manages each case to its conclusion, while consistently achieving favorable results. He carries his own case load while supervising staff, case distribution, intake policy and procedure and client satisfaction.

Mr. Tripathi’s prior non-attorney experience includes being a member of the management team for an international manufacturing company as the Director of Quality and Customer Service. His extensive management experience included directly supervising a team of 18 which included area managers and engineers. For five years in several different plants he developed components for Ford, Chrysler and GM; launched a cell manufacturing system; implemented six sigma programs; drafted facilities major reports and greatly improved quality as shown in audit results.
